Abilities Network / Project ACT

Abilities Network’s Project ACT program can help with the following: on-site training for child care staff, individualized child observations and support planning, center wide coaching and mentoring to increase staff knowledge and skills, family support, resource and referral  services, and access to individualized services to facilitate the optimal growth and development of children.

Judy Centers

Judith P. Hoyer Early Child Care and Family Education Centers ( known as “Judy Centers”) provide a central location for early childhood education and support services for children birth through Kindergarten and their families who reside in specific Title I school districts across the State of Maryland.  To achieve the goal of school readiness, Judy Center services and programs for young children and their families are typically available 10–12 hours a day, year round.
