No matter the size of your program, taking time to reflect and communicate is vital for the success of your staff and the children in their care. Staff meetings can be the most effective way of sharing important information. During staff meetings, training can occur or topics such as schedules, program policies, and upcoming events can be discussed. Additionally, the meetings can serve as a time for collaboration, creativity, and planning for continuous program improvement.
