Technical Assistance Sessions and Validation Visits
- Schedules must be uploaded into the online system before requesting a session/visit.
- All visit requests are made through the online system.
- After Initial Self-Appraisal ratings are submitted, technical assistance options become available.
- After Final Self-Appraisal ratings are submitted, programs can request a validation visit.
Validation Visits
Programs/schools must host the Validation Visit within three months of their request.
After submitting the Final Self-Appraisal ratings, the following is required for a Validation Visit to be scheduled:
- The current accreditation cycle started at least six months before requesting a Validation Visit.
- Required evidence has been uploaded to all indicators in Section 1: Program Administration and Section 3: Home and Community Partnerships.
- The availability calendar shows three months of available dates.
- Leave a comment if you have a non-traditional classroom(s).
